The dorm compartments were nice and well-thought out. The AC worked well. The lockers were nice and big. The showers and bathroom were good and spacious. I would have rated this hostel a 9 or 10 if it wasn't for the staff.
The staff was not very friendly. The person who checked us in was grumpy. I lost my key card to the room, and it seemed like such an annoyance to the front desk to let me in, even though I paid for the lost card. But the biggest issue with the staff was that in the morning of the day we were checking out, I discovered that my day pack was missing. It hadn't been in my locker, so I was hoping that maybe the cleaning staff had grabbed it or another guest had turned it in. It wasn't very early in the morning (8:30am), but the front desk person was sleeping. We woke him up as we had a bus at 9. He didn't want to be woken and didn't want to help. In fact, he was of no help. Since he wasn't helpful, we texted the hostel about the missing pack as we'd be coming back at a later date, but they never replied. I'm guessing some guest stole the pack--I'm not blaming the hostel--but what I am upset about is the lack of hostel staff to help out.

Beds are very clean and comfortable with curtains! Lockers were provided and a towel! Not very central but near bus station and good value for money and safe
Strange people staying there with some staying there for long time and being noisy

Lovely hosts, everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help me with some logistics issues. Not too many beds so there was always a free shower or toilet. Comfy, big enough beds. Bus stop right by the hostel. Nice cafe as part of the hostel where you can work and charge phones/laptops
Female room sort of at the back of the building, not too much room

В санузлах и душевых чисто. Комфортный матрас. Отлично расположение, персонал и сами пространства. Лобби, коворкинг-зона, кухня. Всё максимально комфортно и классно.
Не могу выделить ровным счётом ничего.
