Extremely comfortable. Lots of space and great views of the harbour. We even saw Mount Fuji from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious.

Great location in summer otherwise it’s a bit outside the town
The dinners and restaurants had to be booked 2 days in advance which made dinner impossible and even breakfast difficult.

the view, location, and room...all that was great.
checkin could be better, more informative, warmer
Bar and lounge not open, refuse to serve.
Housekeeping strangely removed some items from our kitchenette, left others, replenished some, cleaned nothing
