Lovely apartment in good location offering privacy whilst easy walk into town.
All modern facilities enabling us to cook, as well as using the many bars and restaurants around us.
Secure underground car park.
Comfortable bed, and sofa.
Staff helpful and friendly.
Limited number of crockery and cutlery, meant hand washing as not enough to fill dishwasher.
Limited storage space in bedroom.

The apartment clean, and a 15 walk to Calle laurel, and the city center. Felt safe
I almost decided not to stay here out of frustration. The check-in process was an absolute nightmare, taking over two hours of back-and-forth just to provide our information for early check-in and obtain the access code while we were traveling to Logroño.
We booked four different apartments during our month-long trip to Spain, and this is the only one where we experienced any issues. Booking.com specifically warns guests about sharing personal information over WhatsApp, yet that was the method we were asked to use. This made us question whether we were actually communicating with the legitimate property owner. The process felt suspicious and unsafe, and spending more than two hours trying to provide personal information was incredibly frustrating.
Thankfully, everything was eventually resolved, and we confirmed that the owners were legitimate. Once we received the access code, we were able to enjoy our time in Logroño.
The apartment itself was fine, but the check-in process seriously needs improvement. The owners should find a way to make guests feel safe and secure when providing their information and accessing the property. Many other apartment and hotel owners have managed to create a much smoother, more trustworthy check-in experience, and this property should do the same.
