Extremely disappointed poor service

Location alone

I am very disappointed with our stay due to the extremely poor customer service and lack of communication throughout our 12-night booking. Firstly, there was no effective customer support. Messages were not answered promptly, and the helpline number was either unresponsive or provided no assistance. In some cases, we had to wait up to two days for a reply, which was very frustrating. We requested extra bed sheets and towels because we were staying for 12 nights. We were repeatedly told that a cleaner would bring them, but despite following up several times, no one ever came before our check-out. Chasing basic necessities throughout the stay was exhausting. The balcony was dirty on arrival, and when we asked for help understanding how to use the dryer, we were again told that a cleaner would come and assist us. Unfortunately, no one showed up. There was also no information provided about where to dispose of household waste. We booked the accommodation for three people, but we were unable to open the sofa bed and ended up sleeping on the sofa instead. In addition, only one side of the wardrobe could be opened because the other door was stuck. The overall lack of support and responsiveness made our stay very stressful. The issues were significant enough that we decided to leave two days earlier than planned. We are also still having to chase the refund of our deposit. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The property had several maintenance issues, and the complete lack of communication and customer care made what should have been a relaxing stay unnecessarily difficult. I would not recommend this accommodation based on our experience.
