Even the property is more then OK flexibility, communication and care of customer needs improvement

Cleanliness, and location.

1. The ownership keep as more then 17.00 to gave access to the property, even we kindly asked for an early check in. In the contract was stipulated the we will have access before 17.00. We have proof of WhatsApp and email to confirm that the acess was granted after 17.00. In the contract the owner stipulated that if the client delay the cj=heck out one minute after 10.00 will be charged with 30 EURO. On the same principle can we charge the owner for late check in? 2. Even we ask for linen for the second room in advance with two days in an WhatsApp message ...when we arrive there were no linen for the second bed.

Very good

The room itself is not bad enough and the location is convenient

The accommodation itself is not bad enough, but making an additional deposit in the amount of 100 euros to an offshore account somewhere in London, and in order to make it, you need to go through a whole quest, and in order to return it, a bunch of questionnaires, links to sites, 7 days of unclear expectations. I would advise you to book these funds through booking, and the owner or the representative of the accommodation during the day to accept the accommodation after the tourists and inform the booking about it, whether everything is fine or not.

The most expensive "average" apartment

In short, we initially tried to book another apartment, much more centrally located and at a much lower price, but we couldn't decide whether to leave on Sunday morning for Croatia or Monday morning and this made us postpone finalizing the booking. The login to the website timed out and the next morning the options presented by Booking were different including this one. I considered it to be optimal, even though it was 20% more expensive than the previous one, since I had no alternative. Unfortunately I wasn't careful and at the reconnection I didn't see that Booking had set 2 adults and 2 children but with age 0 and 0, not 7 and 14 as it actually is. I finalized the booking, paid a guarantee of 100 euro as required, sent on a whatsapp number the passport photos and left for Zagreb. I received a message informing me that I made a mistake and I have to pay 15 euros for each child, i.e. 30 euros, according to their policies, making this apartment 102 euros per night... I accepted to have the 30 euros deducted from my guarantee, because I had paid in advance, cancelling would have meant losing a large part of the money paid, consequently another reservation would have meant a very high cost anyway and we were already on our way. What I found interesting is that when I paid the guarantee, on the "hosts" website I saw that this apartment was renting for 35 euros, for 2 adults, so Booking had a double price! And then it was natural their policy, when 2 more children come, add 30 euros and the price would have been 65 euros plus 10% Booking commission resulting in a price of 72 euros. And then I wonder who is the thief, Booking who doubled the price of the apartment or these Flexible SelfCheckIns who found my mistake and added the 30 euros even though Booking had already done it, putting from the start 35 + 30 + their commission, the final price being 72 euros?

Die Lage ist super gut, wenn man ein Konzert oder ähnliches in der Arena besucht

Prostran, jednostavna prijava, parking mjesto.

Neugodan miris od odvoda, kanalizacije koji se širi iz kupatila. Vrata sve vrijeme morate držati zatvorena. Boravak u kupatilu jako neugodan zbog navedenog razloga.
