Excellent lovely hotel in superb location, possibly best in Las Palmas. Superb rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the city, excellent service, many intimate corners. Very helpful staff.
Nothing, except maybe our smallish room

I booked it only for a rooftop view. It was nice. The only advantage.
Super loud district. There was a concert just in front until midnight 3 days in a row... also, the sewer stank, the shower and sink drained poorly, and the shower leaked into the room. Breakfast is a very limited offer.
Far from the beach and nothing interesting in that area.
