The stay was beautiful, the staff was really helpful and the view from the stay was amazing. It's a great place to unwind and relax. The food was nice with a large portion size.
Santosh and Pradeep are excellent, they are very punctual, polite, diligent and they really uplift the experience.
The parking was within the property.
It had a bit of insects and spider webs in some places.
By default only vegetarian options are available and non-veg is an add-on - for such a price I'd expect non-veg to be included in the food package.
There are frequent power cuts which makes it less ideal for work-from-home/staycation plans.

Excellent views, decor, design and plan, size, period furniture, caretaker politeness care and cooking/food.
Quite remote from Mumbai or Lonavala though easier to get to from Pune. Takes about 1.30 hours from Lonavala Old Mumbai Pune Highway near Mapro Garden and about 30% of the road is not good and narrow.

The property needs maintainance and photos are no where close to how the actual property is.
Cleanliness issues, charges very high for the amenities, all recreation equipment’s were old.
