Ahmed is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host who will go out of his way to make your stay a unique experience and help you with all your questions and needs. The view across the Nile is absolutely priceless. We absolutely loved it and as a woman traveling alone with 2 kids, it was great to stay with a really trustworthy host who helped with all my questions.

Property is on the Elephantine Island, the location is amazing. And the aesthetics and decor were quite interesting. The Host Ahmed was great and super helpful. We loved our two days stay
It’s a 5 mins walk to the property from public ferry point. But still i loved the walk through local farms and houses

Enjoyed the quiet side of Elephantine Island and use of kayaks. Very friendly staff.
Our room looked nothing like the pictures and all the furniture, inside and out were very shabby. Although they said TV and kettle in room, neither existed, and bed did not have a top sheet! Shower drained terribly . Kayaks were not included, there was an extra charge which we weren't expecting.

The staff was very friendly, easy to reach when we needed something and always happy to help! Also the guy who was driving the boat was always on time and had a kind smile on his face. The view from the rooftop was great and I liked the location of the house as well (it was located on a little island, so you had to take the boat to visit different places).
When we arrived there was a strike, so there was no water in the house, but that was resolved in a couple hours. Also, the bathroom was a bit dirty.
