Breakfast was as good as any good hotel of this level
All was good. Menu was good, well cooked and presented

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to major tourist attractions. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
The only area that needs improvement is the breakfast service. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, but guests need to arrive early to enjoy the full buffet. If you come a little later, many items are already finished and are not replenished. I would suggest better management of the breakfast buffet and regular refilling of food items throughout the serving hours, so that all guests can enjoy the same variety and quality, regardless of when they arrive. Apart from this, everything was satisfactory

Only the lower staff and location was good.
The reception asked for cash or bank transfer as there was no way to pay through my credit card. I booked a triple delux family room. Initially, they provided us the room in which AC was not functioning well. We asked the reception to fix it but they could not. Later we moved to the lobby and asked them to change the room. Then they changed it.
