The host was extremely easy to communicate with and very upfront about an issue the HVAC system was having and how he was having it resolved. Unfortunately, upon arrival, it appeared the trash had not been picked up, and 1 of the outside cans was already full. There was no instruction in the house or welcome letter indicating when trash would be picked up. Additionally, the yard was overgrown with grass over a foot tall. Several of the closet doors were broken or damaged and could not be used. Also, the vents in the bathroom were not strong at all and did not help with moisture removal and keeping the bathroom cool. The vent over the stove worked great, but unfortunately, it was not hooked up to the outside, so basically useless. Some simple updates would make a huge difference,e and a welcome letter with information about the home would be wonderful as well. I would like to say it was easy to find and provided an excellent central location for getting to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc.
