We took a group of my daughter's friends and the set up was perfect. The two grown-ups got their own room and bath downstairs while the girls had the upstairs to themselves. We only ended up with 5 girls but there was space for at least 3 more, plus the two adults. Beach access was about a 3 block walk - don't expect to be "on the beach", it seldom works that way in Texas but the beach was easily accessible by vehicle and driveable if that's your preference. The unit was a little sparse as far as staples and incidentals like salt/pepper/spices and paper towels/toilet paper, even by VRBO standards, but there's a big convenience store a block away (The Texan, kind of a Buc-cee's wannabe) where you can get most of it in a pinch. You'll have to drive to get into the actual town of Port Aransas but word of warning - all the restaurants seem to get very crowded very early so plan accordingly if you're going out to eat. Also factor in a wait time for the ferry coming and going, it can be brutal.

Easy walk to the beach and a local gas station for coffee and food! Onsite pool was always clean. The unit has everything we needed. We had nine in our group and was plenty of room to spread out and also feel included for plans, jokes, pizza, challenging each other on X Box...nice little back patio to watch the beach goers go by. I would definitely come back to this location.

Not great, pictures made it look much better. Only 2 blocks from the beach, but location was very loud and busy.
