The Maiskogel valley station, with a direct lift connection to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, is just a 2-minute walk away. A bus stop, shopping, and restaurants are all within a few minutes’ walk.

The apartment features two spacious and stylish bedrooms, each with a box-spring bed, a TV, and plenty of closet space. Two separate bathrooms, one of which includes a convenient bathtub, are directly adjacent. The large hallway leads to the comfortable living room with its cozy sitting area featuring a couch (sofa bed), a large dining table, and a fireplace. The large, compact kitchen—designed entirely in the regional style and equipped with all the appliances needed to make your stay as comfortable as possible—completes the space.
From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious sun terrace and the garden, which offers views of the beautiful mountain scenery. In addition, a heated ski storage room, a bicycle storage area, and a laundry room with a washing machine are available.
