The Blue Wave Beach Home is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom, 2,100 ft house, with a pool, in the highly desired neighborhood, The Cove at Deerfield Beach. This 2-story open floor plan home has everything you need for your trip. It is the perfect spot to retreat to, as you explore south Florida.
Relax in the heated salt water pool and enjoy the covered outdoor living area. There is plenty of room to cool off inside and watch a movie on your favorite streaming service. Our open-concept kitchen has all the essentials to dine in. Finish off the day in the comfy beds and sleep in.
Deerfield Beach is rated as one of the nation’s cleanest and most environmentally safe beaches, which has earned its certification as a “Blue Wave Beach” from the Clean Beach Coalition. Bike, walk or drive to get your toes in the sand at our pristine, open-access beaches. Cruise the boardwalk for coastal shopping, dining, and entertainment. Check out the 920-foot International Fishing Pier and give fishing a shot or take in the incredible ocean views and onsite concessions.

- No parties
- Check-in after 4pm (Early check-in available upon request)
- Check out by 11am (Late check-out available upon request)
- Quiet hours 9pm - 7am (STRICT - per city guidelines)
- Turn off jacuzzi after each use
Utilities:
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption, particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (a/c). If you are running the a/c, please ensure the doors and windows remain closed.

Very lovely home and quite spacious. We had two small children and there was plenty of places for them to play. The pool was great as was the Hot Tub. Kasey responded very quickly with any concerns. Everything was really well stocked. We would come back again.

The pool was very nice! The street was a little high traffic for our tastes. Property as described could probably use a refresh within the next 2 years. Hosts very responsive!

The home was lovely. Comfortably accommodated 3 children and 3 adults. Well stocked with all essentials. Host was wonderful . Responded quickly to all inquiries. Very convenient location to many restaurants, stores and beach . Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the Deerfield Beach area.
