The apartment complex is spacious and is located about 120 m from the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach, and the promenade. Inside the building, you can reach the vacation apartments via bright hallways and stairwells or by elevator.
Did you spill something on your favorite outfit, or perhaps you didn’t bring enough clothes to change into? No problem: A separate laundry room is available with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. A bike storage room is provided for bicycles. Ample parking is available.

The approximately 45-square-meter apartment welcomes you with a bright, friendly living area, which is equipped with a cozy sofa set, a floor lamp, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and a radio with a CD player. Adjacent to the living area is a small dining table and an open kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare the perfect dinner: a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and much more are available in the kitchen. From the living room, you step out onto the northwest-facing balcony, which is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and enjoying a glass of wine on warm summer evenings. The living room and hallway are tiled with terracotta tiles. The cozy bedroom features a large double bed for 2 people (1.80 m x 2.00 m) as well as a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe. The tiled bathroom with a shower and toilet offers plenty of storage space for your toiletries.

The rental price includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are also provided as a starter set. As an additional service, free Wi-Fi internet access is available to you; however, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, no liability is assumed for any disruptions.
Guests of this vacation rental have access to a free parking space. You can easily take your luggage up to the floor where your vacation rental is located using the building’s elevator.
