The location and property are beautiful. Views from the property over Loch Lomond are stunning. The bedrooms and living area are perfect for families. Games and activities are provided and the TV / Wifi work perfectly. The whiskey, tea/coffee facilities and prosecco and shortbread provided were very welcome. The instructions provided prior to arrival with accompanying photos made it a breeze to check in even through the driving rain and heavy winds that landed over the weekend. Genuinely everything about the penthouse was perfect. The standards of cleanliness also deserve their own mention. Overall I can highly recommend the property to visitors.
There's nothing I did not like but I could recommend a few small improvements. The lobby area / stair case could have been a little more inviting or in keeping with the castle. This is absolutely not a criticism but it did feel a little bare in entrance and stairways. Clean and recently renovated. A few homely additions in this area would make a big difference but they would not prevent me from booking to stay here again. I did not find an ironing board and iron which surprised me especially given there is a washing machine is present in the property. Small nits but worth a quick mention. Do no be put off by this, you will love the property.

Incredible place we will be back and stay longer next time.
A person was smoking right at the front door. Maybe a designated smoking area away from this location would be better
