The accommodations are exceptional. Both the room and the bathroom were impressively spacious, modern, and impeccably clean throughout our stay. Housekeeping maintains a very high standard.
The property is situated on a steep hill, which makes walking to and from the Haram quite demanding, especially for older guests or after long prayers. While the hotel offers golf cart shuttles, availability was inconsistent, and we found ourselves waiting for extended periods or having to walk because carts were frequently unavailable.

It was very close to Haram
This hotel is located in top of a mountain and it's very difficult to navigate even with local taxi driver. 2 hours i was roaming makkah until another taxi driver took me for about 2 rounds. Nearly spend 100 SAR in taxi only from Kuday car park. When the hotel is located in such a location, hotel management should send guidance on how to reach their place! All this happened while in the state of Ihram.

The room is aweful, the elevators are always busy, at least 15mins to get inside an elevator
