Beautiful apartment, good location.
The mattresses were quite uncomfortable, a topper would solve that. No trashbins in bathroom or WC.

Very nice and modern appartement in the centre of Seville. Everything is just around the corner. Comfortable beds and quite. Check in, check out easy with doorcodes. We recommend this appartement for everyone with 6 people or less.

The outdoor terraces and hot tub were really special features that we loved about this AirBnB. The responsive communication from staff leading up to our trip and the ease of checking in was also very good. The location of this AirBnB was great for getting around and seeing everything in Seville.
Other reviews have commented on the noise levels of neighbouring bars and clubs. We thought this would just be typical city noise so it didn't put us off. However, the noise from the clubs and bars is not typical. The entire apartment vibrates with the bass of the music and, unfortunately, it lasts until 06:30AM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We travel with earplugs so we did manage to sleep but I think it would help others if earplugs were provided by the host.
The style of the apartment is lovely and the bedding, bathroom and kitchen were clean. However there is some general wear and tear to the place: stained sofas, stained curtains and worn cushions. These aren't massively important, but noticeable for the price you're paying.
We also found that the water pressure in the shower was extremely poor. Again, it didn't bother us too much but worth noting if it's something that's important to you.
