Quite apartment, close to metro and to local cafés, nice view from the window, comfy bed for 1 person. The host was very hospitable and accommodating, the room was very clean upon arrival. The building has its own private quite yard which is very nice. The apartment is fitted with all the necessary amenities and then some, including light refreshments. The neighborhood is very calm and safe, even when the riots occurred in Paris. Overall a perfect stay for a solo traveler.
Nothing I can think of :)

I really loved this apartment. Although it is small, it is very thoughtfully designed, cozy, and spotlessly clean. This was already my second stay here, and I truly hope to come back again.
Gérard is an incredibly kind and welcoming host who seems to do everything possible to make his guests feel at home and enjoy their time in Paris. Every little detail has been carefully thought through, and it makes such a difference.
Thank you so much, Gérard, for another wonderful stay!
Nothing to dislike.

Skvělá komunikace s majitelem ubytování
Lokalita kde se byt nachází, pár minut do stanice metra, v okolí méně turistů spíše místní

Nice, clean and well-equipped apartment. Pleasant communication with the owner, easy to find and unlock the apartment.
Really small apartment. I fit in well enough, but tall/wide people may find it uncomfortable.
