Very convenient location close to the station, coffee available any time at the hotel, washing machine, very friendly and polite staff.
Very small room with little space to open the luggage, but it was not a surprise. We also asked about the luggage delivery service which is popular in Japan but the hotel was unable to arrange this.

I liked the property a lot was clean , the staff were very nice and the room was overall nice :) the elevator was really nice and all the free amenities too ! Very accommodating stuff and yes I liked it
I don’t think I was 100% in love this property , it was a bit far of a walk for the stuff we wanted to do and the bathroom is awkwardly small . But that’s all everything else was nice :)

It's clean and have some amenities at the lobby and and small breakfast (a little something)
It's close to bus stop and train.
I forgot my Apple Watch and they hold it for me
It's ridiculous small bedroom
Stuff barely speak English
Was hard to find it cuz the name only is show in Japanese and google took me around the block! ENGLISH is the universal language
