Great hotel and the rooms were awesome. A 25 min walk down the hill to Amalfi. Bus or taxi back up. Great restaurants nearby also.

Accessing the hotel by walking from the harbor is not for the faint of heart. My children and I were only carrying three backpacks with essentials for a weekend getaway, but it was still extremely challenging. Definitely take water, plan for it to take longer than 22 mins (HA! Only true if you’re walking down from the hotel) but also enjoy the beautiful sites and lookout spots on the way. Either way arriving at the hotel is a dream and absolutely worth it! The staff are incredible, the rooms are gorgeous, and we would absolutely come back even if it meant tackling those stairs again (they’re a lot more fun to walk down lol)!!

We stayed for 3 nights here and our stay was wonderful. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Pool has this little robot that would clean it every morning. Breakfast was delicious and hard to believe it was included in the price. The view was absolutely gorgeous from the hotel looking on to Amalfi. 2 great restaurants within a 2 minute walk for lunch or dinner. Staff was extremely helpful with navigating transportation and giving tips for the area.

It was a lovely hotel. We came here for our honeymoon and we loved our stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The local kittens outside the hotel were a plus we were not expecting! The staff kept our room clean when it needed it. Although we didn’t using the items in the mini bar, they are reasonably priced. Breakfast was always well prepared in the morning and they will serve you cappuccino upon request. Bring your own towel for the pool, otherwise you’ll have to buy or rent one from the hotel. The stairs to Amalfi or Ravello are no joke so prepare to burn off the calories you gain from the local restaurants. The WiFi is not the strongest but it was a nice way to disconnect if that’s what you need. The local restaurants in Pontone are very good and you’ll not be disappointed with their services. The scenery from our room’s patio was beautiful and unmatched. They do not have a shuttle service but have information to a local taxi service who’ll help you get to/from your hotel. Overall, we loved it here and would stay again. Highly recommended.
