Grupo Morgado – Tavira Accommodation Information By making a reservation with Grupo Morgado, the client expressly accepts the terms and conditions available on the official website. Acceptance of this reservation implies express acknowledgment that the accommodation may, at its sole and discretionary decision, cancel the reservation, in whole or in part, at any time, including during the stay, due to internal decisions, operational reasons or overbooking situations, without obligation to refund, compensate, indemnify or relocate. The guest and/or any intermediary platform may not object to such a decision, and any liability of the accommodations are excluded. The accommodation has two outdoor swimming pools (adults and children), free parking, a bar with light meals, a restaurant and a tennis court (5/hour, subject to availability and prior reservation). There is a supermarket less than 100 m away and a shopping center less than 1 km away. The accommodations are not responsible for failures in services provided by third parties, namely water, electricity, internet or TV, nor for damage, misuse or improper functioning of equipment resulting from use by previous guests, especially in situations of which the accommodation was not previously aware. Important notes: hot water may take up to 1 minute to reach the taps; Identification details are required before check-in; there are cats in the resort; there is no cleaning service during your stay unless you pay an additional fee; towels are changed after 5 nights and sheets after 7 nights. Rules: Showering is mandatory before entering the pool; Animals are not allowed in the pool area; Access to the pool is always via the stairs; Adults must accompany children while they are in the pool; Bringing food from outside is prohibited; Only glass containers are allowed on the bar terrace; Eating or drinking inside the pool is not permitted; The use of sharp objects in the pool is prohibited; Dispose of trash in the designated containers. The following are prohibited: The use of balls or other accessories that disturb the peace and well-being of others; Use of radios, mobile phones and other electronic devices for sound purposes; Use of any photographic or filming device inside the facilities; Inflatable objects or any other toys; Consuming food or drinks in the pool area that have not been served by the bar; People under the influence of alcohol or drugs; People with contagious problems, visible injuries or fungal infections, even if protected with bandages, dressings or adhesives; Jumping into the pool, you must enter via the stairs; Smoking inside the pool; Users will be held responsible for any damage they cause to the facility's materials and equipment; Entering the pool water with creams is prohibited. Failure to comply with the stipulated rules will result in the prohibition of access to the pool.
