About this cottage rental
The Ruka Ayün cottage embodies the heart of southern Chile. Surrounded by apple and cherry trees, it is built with beams, floors, windows, and doors made from reclaimed wood from old houses and mansions in the Lake District. it welcomes you for a stay with all the comforts and a pleasant experience, whether in winter or summer. It is located on a lot within a private gated community, 13 minutes from the Teatro del Lago, 7 minutes from Los Bajos Beach, and 38 minutes from Puerto Octay.
The Space
The cottage features a porch at the entrance with windows salvaged from old mansions in the area; at the end of the porch, you’ll find a table and two chairs, perfect for breakfast. Upon entering, you’ll find an open-concept living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The bathroom and a two-step staircase lead up to an open loft with two twin beds.

The cottage is located on a lot about 30 meters from the main house; it has completely separate access and features a private side and front garden.
