The spacious and modern countertops offer plenty of room to prepare your favorite dishes, while the high-quality appliances make the kitchen functional and efficient. The kitchen is equipped with a wide range of appliances, including a stovetop, oven, toaster, coffee maker, moka pot, blender, kettle for your favorite beverages, microwave, and refrigerator, to ensure a pleasant culinary experience.;

_LIVING ROOM with a double sofa bed, modern furniture, and a beautiful antique table;

_DOUBLE BEDROOM: furnished with a comfortable double bed, it offers a quiet and relaxing environment to rest after a day spent exploring the city. It is separated from the common areas (living room) by a room divider, as shown in the photo;

_ A beautiful, original ARTISTIC BATHROOM equipped with a spacious shower stall to ensure maximum comfort and privacy during your stay, complete with an ironing board, iron, and hair dryer;

_ SWIMMING POOL (7.22 × 3.36 × 1.32)_ A huge swimming pool with direct access from the front door, where you can take a dip and cool off after returning from your excursions on sunny summer days. Our private garden is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the nice weather; you’ll be surrounded by 600 square meters of space, enriched with unique trees and flowers, fully fenced—a true oasis of tranquility.
Furnished with comfortable chairs and a dining table, it’s the perfect spot for an outdoor breakfast or an evening under the stars, perhaps while sipping a glass of wine
There’s also a gazebo where you can relax or blissfully read a book.
You’ll have access to a BBQ area with a sink crafted from antique stone.
You can also use two lounge chairs to sunbathe or relax in the evening under the starry sky.

The location is convenient, situated about 400 meters from the Lucca City Walls. The city center and the train station are easily accessible: Porta Elisa (entrance to the historic center) is an 8-minute walk, a 5-minute bike ride, or a 3-minute ride by public transportation. Piazza San Michele, in the oldest part of the historic center—which dates back to Roman times—is a 15-minute walk away.
Public transportation stops are right next to the house. The house is located on the historic Via Francigena. In the surrounding area, you can enjoy beautiful walks through the Lucca countryside, taking in the ancient medieval buildings and historic villas.

_You can leave your car safely parked in the private area and easily reach Florence, Pisa, or the Versilia region; in fact, the local bus passes right in front of the gate and takes you directly—without any transfers—to the train station or the bus station.

You can go jogging or mountain biking to discover picturesque spots.
