The room was great. Hotel in good shape. But the handicap button for the door did not work. Thankfully neither my husband or myself weren’t in a wheel chair but this did make bringing in heavy luggage a struggle. There was no cart to use. The front desk said they had one but didn’t know where it was and didn’t seem to care as we struggled in and had to make multiple trips. My husband is 85 and they watched us and didn’t make an effort to find the cart or help. I know it’s not their job but you’d think common courtesy would come into play.

This hotel is in serious need of updating and maintenance.

Room looks clean, but there're crumbs/dirt under the couch and under the night stand.
Staff are not always available in the front desk, can't call them either.
Kitchen is clean, you have to ask front desk if you need items like pots and pans, and extra bathroom tissues
Air conditioning was making loud sounds
Water in the bathtub going down slow.
Some staff I met were nice people, and very helpful.

Old and outdated. I mean it was clean but I was a little worried the sink in the bathroom was gunna fall off the wall. It was good enough for one night. Check in was smooth and the guy that checked us in was super nice!

"Room was very nice. Parking was nice till it snowed. Staff was very friendly and nice. Wish vending was bigger. Need more options for grab and go breakfast. "
