Certainly not a luxurious hotel, it is older but appears to be well kept for the most part. The grounds are clean, and the interior of the hotel is also clean. We were traveling with our dog on this trip, so this place fit the bill. Our room was a dog friendly room on the ground floor with laminate flooring, which is understandable when you're traveling with a dog. The location was convenient in the Medford area, close to everything we wanted to do and see. Nice restaurants and shopping close by. Not much area to walk the dog, but there is a nice park about two blocks away, and an even nicer dog park about a mile away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast with some hot foods and cold food options, a pretty typical Continental breakfast set up. Fresh coffee and other cold fountain drinks, free 24/7 in the front breakfast area. On top of that the price was very nice!

This is a beautiful hotel, very clean, excellent food and very helpful staff. Plenty of amenities and also includes shuttle services to the terminal where you can go for your flight or bus. The Location is ideal for travelers, and I would and will highly recommend to others.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The room was spacious and the bed and bedding were comfortable. But it is in desperate need of an upgrade. The floor was a fake wood planking but the edges of some of the planks were broken off. The chair to the desk was some kind of vinyl that was ripped in several places. It should never have been left in the room. The door to the room did not close unless you shoved it quite hard. The same with the bathroom door. Hopefully an upgrade is in their plans.
