My experience at the Normandy Hotel was exceptional. The exterior offers a pleasant resting area that seamlessly blends with the surrounding neighborhood, making it easy to overlook the hotel. Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm and genuine smile from the hotel’s ambassador, Tye. His authenticity and deep understanding of customer service were evident from the start.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, although the hallways were slightly stuffy due to the hotel’s age.
The breakfast was in line with the hotel’s theme, offering fresh and chic options with ample seating.
All of the staff members were exceptional, and I greatly appreciated their kindness.

The hotel was too warm. Air conditioning not keeping up. Everything else was great though very good location near restraints and shops and near the farmers market on Sunday was nice halfmike to metro
