Very clean rooms the shower was fantastic great water pressure. Air conditioning was lovely ☺️.
The bed could be a bit more comfortable. The bed was rock hard. The pillows were not very supportive. Like a pancake 😂

Nice clean room, good location
Food was a bit average

•Breakfast was fantastic, Omelette Chef did an amazing job!
•Hotel was very clean
•Staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful, merging my two separate bookings (booked wrong day, luckily could still use both days). They were also helpful with details on finding the closest ATM to the hotel, and informative on getting a bus to Macau.
•Via bus the hotel was easy to reach (for the complementary coach from nearest train-station, it would be nice if there was more signage for the hotel, I felt a bit lost looking for the hotel’s buses bus-stop.
•No barista coffee with the buffet (automatic machines make horrid coffee in my opinion - and the automatic machine didn’t even have a hot chocolate option!)
•The refrigerator in my room was very weak, to the point I wasn’t sure if it was on or not.

We paid for a city view room which was expensive but we were allocated garden view room which was cheaper than what we booked. But there were no refunds. We paid over USD500 more comparing to our friends. I have stopped trusting you guys on booking.com
The location to the conference venue was excellent. It was a 10 mins walk.
