Location, being it is in Chinatown and therefore close to many eateries including Maxwell Centre and Kopi. Our room at back of hotel was actually quiet given the location. Complimentary snacks and drinks as well as pastries available for breakfast if wanted were nice touches. Communal area was comfortable and very nicely set out. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Nothing to note

celebrated our anniversary here, and the staff were so hospitable and helpful with it, helping me to plan a surprise for my partner! we also received a free room upgrade for this special occasion, and had to change our dates at the last minute due to some external commitments, and the staff were so understanding and helpful about that too. the customer service here is one of the best I have seen and genuinely impressed by it. on top of the great location and nice rooms, I will definitely recommend this place. 🍻

Nice home like ambience. Comfortable lounge. Very comfortable room. Enjoyed morning coffee and wine aperitif.
A little more variety for breakfast would be welcome.

Great location, comfortable rooms and the convenience of the laundry. We enjoyed the availability of coffee all day and the happy hour wine. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.
