Self service and not frills stay with great location.
Staff respond on WhatsApp is superb!
Lobby no longer has working aircon, making it unbearable to hang with Penang’s heat

The fact it's centrally located within the town it makes it easy for me to lacate where I stay and Rashid who house keeps was really friendly .

Clean room, powerful air conditioning, quiet location. Coffee and tea, also a fridge you can use
The toilets were downstairs and not in the bedrooms

It's near bus station.
As it's share bathroom but bathroom or washroom need to be each floor or second floor. For all room boarders it's go to downstairs toilet and it's awkward.
