Good value

Location, staff, pool

Noise, but was expected so no problem

A not so restful weekend

Several of the staff were very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was okay, enjoyed the chia seeds. Pool was clean and nice.

Bathroom curtain - extended to toilet bowl and did not stop water from getting out and overflowing even reaching outside the door of the flat!! - the solution to this was two folded towels on each side of the shower.. Initially no extra towel or mat was provided for the shower - slipping hazard. Bathroom's ventilation fan - full of mold, smell of entering the room was of mold. Bed' headboard is probably infested with some kind of bug as there were constant sounds coming out of it throughout the whole time we were inside the room. - we booked a weekend away to catch up on some sleep and that did not happen as the sounds of both loud fridge and these bugs were constant and annoying during the silence of the night. Loud fridge. Bedsheets - old with holes, only one very thin sheet was provided on each bed. Asked for a duvet, also old with holes and the room filled with the material inside of it. On the first night had to sleep with wet hair as there was no available hair dryer at night, which was provided the next day with some delay. Curtains old and with holes. Things that are said to be available in listing were not and had to ask for them from reception and several were not available until other times. We left room as tidy as possible. It is nothing personal, but we just wanted to rest and that never happened.
