The whole resort was great from start to finish. Had a relaxing time and was great with kids
Our concierge Duyen was a blessing.
Nothing.

Great location, amazing staff, brilliant breakfast! We loved it so much we left our next accommodation and came back to stay for our final 2 nights here! Outdoor bathrooms were beautiful. It feels like you’re in the jungle, gardens are glorious. The golf buggy’s are a great addition to drive you to your room if you need it.
That we had to leave! We had a problem with the safety security box and it was fixed promptly.

Set back from the busy roads
No iron to use. Housekeeping was often too late for us to want them.

The staff were wonderful, so helpful and attentive. Tye location was quite good also.
It needs some TLC. Tye fridge in the room was barely colder than room temperature, the aircon was also seriously lacking in cooling the room. The door shower wasn’t very clean or presentable and the shower head had cracks through it so the water went all over the place stuntman down onto you. No power outlet at the little office bench.
The breakfast lacked traditional Vietnamese food.
