The hotel is location is really good. About 5/10 minute walk to Dotonbori and several shopping streets.
The room was a decent size. We even had a little couch; as well as a desk area. The bathroom had a good sized shower, which we really appreciated after the previous hotels where we only had showers in the bath.
Free amenities available in the lobby eg: tea, coffee, extra pillows, dressing gowns, toothbrushes etc. All very convenient.
The staff were all friendly and spoke English.
My only gripe about this hotel was the outside noise. We were on the top floor (8th) but even with the windows closed, we still heard so much news from the streets and surrounding areas. It was really strange because, being so high up, you'd expect less noise.
