We had a lovely stay at the Palotel. The staff were absolutely excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location is fantastic, with the beach, bars, and cafés all within easy walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby, making it convenient to explore both the north/south/west of the island without any hassle.
Overall, we had a lovely experience.

The girls at reception were very friendly and super accessible, always willing to help, giving us advise of where to go for dinner, assisting with the timetable for ferries, and booking a cab. We wanted to stay an extra night and were super easy to deal with, very friendly. The lady in the kitchen was adorable, always smiling, greeting everyone, and suggesting the food. In general, good vibe in the hotel,

Lovely small hotel. You walk straight out onto the main street lined with shops bars and restaurants. The beach is a five minute walk away. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms are a nice size, cleaned everyday and although the hotel is central, there was no noise to be heard at night. The only disappointment was that there is no longer use of a swimming pool at this hotel, but you are welcome to use the pool at their other hotel which is in the same resort. 15-20 minutes from the airport.
No swimming pool

Clean, modern and good car parking at the back of the property.
All was good apart from the bathroom/shower area being a bit small.
