Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben. Die Fotos entsprachen der Realität. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gross genug. Es waren genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hervorzuheben war das Frühstücksbuffet.Für italienische Verhältnisse war es ein "Wow" Effekt. Es war alles da. Wurst ,Käse Brötchen,Brot,Obst,Säfte,Marmelade und vieles mehr. Mehr geht wirklich nicht! Es war wirklich Top!!! Die Dame am Buffet hat alles gezeigt und erklärt. Toller Service.Das Personal war bemüht und hat sich toll um einen gekümmert. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht okay.
Aus der Dusche trat etwas Wasser heraus. Aber dieses Problem mit undichten Duschen haben sehr viele Hotels, daher keinen Punktabzug! Sonst gab es nichts zu meckern. Ich werde dieses Hotel immer weiter empfehlen.

Besonders gut hat uns die Kombination aus der zentralen Lage und der angenehmen Ruhe im Hotel gefallen. Das gesamte Personal war jederzeit extrem zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zudem waren die Zimmer makellos sauber und die Betten äußerst bequem für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln, da alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit war. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts rundum wohlgefühlt.

stavolta ci è capitata la mandsarda quindi non ho potuto godere della vista con balcone che è sicuramente un plus

Hotel in posizione molto comoda per il treno Vigezzina/Centovalli e comodo anche per le passeggiate in pineta. Camera ampia ma era una quadrupla usata in due persone.
Camera standard decisamente da rinnovare: rubinetteria da rifare (problemi con scarico e rubinetti rovinati) ed in genere sembrava necessitare di manutenzione. Colazione abbondante ma semplice: in una settimana non c'era una variazione nelle torte per esempio. Nota dolente l'orario entro le 9.30, davvero molto presto ed in piú il buffet veniva chiuso anche per chi era giá in sala. Abbiamo provato il ristorante per un pranzo e abbiamo capito che non c'è grande attenzione ad allergie ed intolleranze come scrivono (è stato difficile far capire che una persona necessitava di pasta senza uova). Infatti volevamo optare per la mezza pensione ma per fortuna non avevamo ancora dato conferma ed abbiamo evitato. Lo staff molto gentile ma la gestione deve decisamente rinnovarsi. Non è l'ospite a doversi adattare alle necessitá dell'hotel.
