This was a complete gem in the middle of Madrid.
The best location you can imagine and with impeccable service from the Doorman to the waiters and staff.

This is one of the nicest hotel I can remember staying at in a long time.
All Staff is super friendly and accommodating.
Next time in Madrid this will be our fist choice.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Location close to popular tourist attractions. staff very helpful, except rooftop staff who appeared to be more concerned about the upkeep than serving patrons. impatient with guests
Rooftop food prices were exorbitant
