Everything is so perfect, nice place and furnished!

Perfect location and excellent host.

The location was perfect for our trip up Mt Pilatus. Good facilities and excellent communication with Karin the host.

Maybe more sofa chairs needed in the living room.

Location was close to Pilatus railway

No air-conditioning and only one fan provided. Blinds were torn and ripped in multiple places. Although we arrived 30 minutes after the check-in time, the cleaner was still there cleaning for over 30 minutes. The Wi-Fi password provided was for a network which had no service in the apartment. It was a good thing the cleaner was there, however, because otherwise we could not have access to the property, found a fan or the Wi-Fi code for the network that was actually active in the apartment. Our host Karen was incredibly unresponsive. I had to prompt her multiple times through the bookings app and through the WhatsApp number provided for the regional transit pass and check in instructions. Check in instructions were not sent by our arrival day. I asked Karin to send the instructions requested multiple times in our arrival day, even while we were waiting outside the apartment for 1 hour after check in time. When I asked for an additional fan due to the very hot weather (>33C or 90F), there was no reply. The town itself has no grocery market and only one restaurant open in the evening which served typical bar food, nothing special, although the restaurant staff was very friendly. The ground floor apartment had little outdoor seating, right on the street with no privacy. There was a lot of noise from the apartment above. The apartment itself was bare bones with no U.S. electric adapters provided.
