Great spacious room, with the bonus of a small balcony. The room was situated on the 8th floor so whilst the views weren’t picturesque as such, it was still a nice view over the city.
Great welcome from the staff, good facilities in the room with good amenities and the bonus of a coffee machine and complimentary mini-bar really added to our stay. And brilliant aircon.
Location of the building to the centre is great.
The room is located in a residential building, so wasn’t what I was expecting but it didn’t affect my stay in anyway.
Sound proofing between rooms could be better.

Staff were lovely! Room was decent and clean. Good for what we needed.
Check-in strange. Not well signposted, you will think you’re in the wrong place. Reception desk is through a side door and is a small corridor and then travel through the building which is owned by other companies to the room. Then the front door is locked from 6pm so have to go around the back.

Recently decorated and upgraded bathroom. Everything in the room worked. Reception staff very nice and helpful.
Very small and cell-like room with twin beds barely fitting in and to fit them in they had to be placed 2 feet away from the wall otherwise access to the dressing area would be blocked and as such the were also two feet away from the sockets so no access to phone or anything else that needed plugging in all night. There were no bedside tables or bedside lamps so you had to walk back from the light switch at the main door in the dark. No drawers just a hanging rail. Not a hotel, this wasn’t made clear, it was a room in an office block with a reception desk 7 floors below and other businesses in between. I was travelling with my 77 year old mum and didn’t feel safe. There was no reception or support after 8 and we were given physical keys to gain access to the building via the back door after hours as the whole building was locked. Just a very cramped and unworkable room not worth €200 per night
