About this apartment rental
We consider the main features of our luxury property to be its unusually large size for a 1 bedroom apartment, the large south facing wrap-around terrace and due to its position within the complex there is no apartment above. Spirit of Mojacar is perfectly located just a few minutes from the long, white, sandy beach, with a very wide choice of bars and restaurants (including the numerous Chiringuitos - beach bars). There are numerous supermarkets within easy reach. All of these facilities are on your doorstep. There is no need for a car! Also the buses running along the front are frequent and the bus stops are a 5 minute walk away only!
This area has just been voted the number one place to live in the world for quality of life, by the Telegraph newspaper - this says it all! All the costs are included in the rent (electricity, water, linnen, cleaning, english channels on TV).
