Great hotel, great location!

excellent location! Our room had a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel is in a fantastic location too, we walked 2 minutes to get to lots of really good restaurants, shops and bike rentals. We were right there at the pier, so easy and quick to get to the ferries and boats. The woman who checked us in was very nice and helped us with our parking. Parking was super close and convenient. We loved SML!

We didn't even try to use the kitchen facilities or really the rooftop. We were so busy enjoying SML and there are a couple of fantastic and really cheap restaurants right across the street so we didn't even need the kitchen but it was big and looked good.

I wish I had never stayed here. Unsafe and frightening. I would like a refund!

It was in a good location

I am still traumatized from this stay. There were no staff were onsite other than during check in and there was no way to contact them in an emergency. I was trapped in a lift with my mother and a 2 year old for an hour. The emergency phone did not work. I rang all the contact numbers I had for the property including booking.com who was the only one who answered but were unable to provide any real help. My traveling companions who were not in the lift at the time were luckily able to ask a nearby shop keeper for assistance. If we had been traveling alone I don’t. Know what would have happened.
