About this house rental
Come and enjoy this cozy 2 bedroom space that lies right in the heart of Central Phoenix. This location offers a wonderful vantage point to traveling anywhere in the valley with a quick 8 minute drive to the downtown super-bowl festivities. You may also explore the wonderful culinary scene and boutique shops that are just steps away. The VA hospital is less than 1/2 mile from the space as well as the nationally renowned Phoenix Children's Hospital which is 2.5 miles away. Just out the front door is access to the Phoenix Canal trail. A path along the canal for walking, running and biking. This path extends 10-20 miles both to the East and to the West. Steel Indian park is a quick walk down the road and boasts a very friendly dog park. The Phoenix Light-rail Public transit is a short canal walk away and offers the ability travel from Phoenix to Tempe and beyond. There is a great neighborhood bar/restaurant that is a block away and is called McKinseys. The Space is half of a duplex and has its own side yard and carport. . The space has its own carport that may also be used as outdoor seating. Street parking is also allowed if that's what a guest prefers. Attached to the carport is a washer and dryer. The kitchen inside has everything you may need to cook and serve meals. The bathroom boasts a walk in standing shower. Each bedroom is approximately 10x11ft with a small walk in closet. The main living area is modest but suitable for a small group of people. There is a smart tv with access to Netflix and all the other major streaming services.
This place is a nice, quiet space in a great location to get where your plans take you in the valley. It's no Ritz Carlton, but it has its charm and benefits. There is a ring doorbell to help keep the space protected and secure.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient and provided easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and activities. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the check-in process simple and stress-free.The property was well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation rental.
