Location is everything and you can't get much closer to the beach than this! Leinaala #101 is a newly-renovated (2022) ground floor oceanfront condo that overlooks the sparkling pool and is only steps from the inviting water of the Pacific Ocean. The convenient ground floor location ensures that you can step right off your lanai and be lounging by the pool or enjoying a good book on the beach in mere moments. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals that can be eaten on your gorgeous lanai. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a SmartTV, and a split A/C unit to keep you cool in the evening. The updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower. The living room is furnished with a sofa sleeper, and provides a cable TV and a split system air conditioner to cool the room on days when the refreshing tradewinds are inactive. Leinaala #101 supplies beach chairs and beach towels for your outdoor enjoyment! Beachside tennis courts are available for use.

Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

Excellent location. Very nice back area with pool and nice park with beach access. Recommend a smaller vehicle because parking spots are kind of tight. Large vehicle may be hard to fit. Overall happy with the VRBO. Had everything we needed for a small family of 3.

This is a great location and a good value. Loved the modern and clean condo. My only critique would be that the shower water never really gets hot.
