Beautiful, cozy apartment located just a few minutes away from El Born and Arc del Triomf. Modernist, beautiful building, fully equipped. GREAT!THE SPACE:This 75 m2 comfortable and charming apartment is located in Passeig Sant Joan, one of the best areas of the city, close to El Born area. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 6 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 2 Single beds
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed)
Bedroom 3: 1 Double bed
*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*
1 Sofa bed (double) in the living room
All the bedrooms have storage space.
AC in the living room and one bedroom
1 Full Bathroom with WC and showerFACILITIES:Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher
Smart TV and high speed Wi-fi
Elevator (RECENTLY INSTALLED!)
Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.

The stretch between Carrer València and Carrer Casp and the surrounding area has been newly laid out making it ideal for cyclists and pedestrians. It has become a hotspot with interesting bars and restaurants, delightful shops and places that will simply amaze you.

The host was welcoming and very communicative. Overall the stay was great however, these few things brought the rating down:-restroom, very small. -restroom had mold at the baseboards in the bathroom. —living room. Couldn’t sit on the couch without the whole futon rolling out to a bed.-sewage/fruit flies. In the bathroom and kitchen. Lots of good things to note:-four beds, plus sofa couch. -great location.-overall quite in the neighborhood and apartment. -all appliances worked well. -safe neighborhood. -Easy check in process.-great host.

Excellent location, and very clean.
The only drawback were the stairs, which was a bit difficult with
our luggage, as the apartment is on the third floor. But the owner was very fair and give us a discount
for the non working elevator which was being repaired during our stay.
Otherwise a very positive experience.

This was a perfect, central location for touring Barcelona. Even though it felt like it was in the heart of the city, it was quiet. The beds were comfortable and it was well stocked.

The bathroom is tiny, as is the couch. Otherwise, the apartment was comfortable.
