From booking to check out I’ve rarely had the level of support, help and warm welcome from staff team led by Ibrahim. Helped with every request and question (From providing packing materials for my many purchases, organising day trips, to confirming it was the riad’s pet tortoise we had found on the roof). They were always friendly. The Riad is beautiful inside. Comfortable room, impeccably clean, good aircon. Chill out spot on the roof with sun loungers & cooling plunge pool or shaded tables for breakfast (which was varied and tasty.) There was even birthday cake for one guest! Hammam experience was top notch. I honestly have no complaints.

The Riad is in a very quiet spot right in the heart of the Medina. You can't get there by taxi - about 3 minutes walk. The staff were very friendly and reactive. We particularly enjoyed the big delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace.
The room was dark and quite small, especially the bathroom - not enough place to put your toiletry bag (3 girls).

This is a very beautiful and cozy Riad to stay in, the interior is lovely and has a chilled, relaxing atmosphere, the rooms are big and styled well, very clean and comfortable.
The location is great for many convenient reasons: It's in the Medina, where you can quickly walk to all the main Souks around town and start exploring right away, it is walkable distance to many of Marrakech's must see attractions, and if you don't fancy walking, it is very close to a taxi area to grab a cab or Uber.
The breakfast they serve here is one of the best highlights of our trip, every morning was a different selection of pastries, breads, style of eggs, amongst delicious coffee, fresh orange juice and Moroccan tea, we looked forward to those breakfasts every single morning, and they NEVER disappoint!
The main manager of the Riad was extremely kind and helpful, very friendly and did his absolute best to make sure our stay was the best it could be. Him and his entire staff (I have to give a warm shout out to Mouad who was awesome!) were the most wonderful, generous and hospitable people I've had the delight to meet, we thank each and every one of them for making our stay so memorable and relaxing.
I highly recommend this Riad.
A quick tip for any light sleepers, you may need to bring some earplugs, as it's quite easy to hear noises in the Riad, so I did wake up a good few times when other guests would come in during the night and talk loudly, or around 6am due to birds chirping (which is lovely to hear in the morning, but does wake you earlier than you'd like!)
But it honestly wasn't a big issue, just a tip for anyone that sleeps light. It does not take away from how incredible this Riad is and how I would still recommend staying here.
