The communication with the owner was very good! I received detailed instructions a little bit before check-in time about how to use the door code for the main entrance and the key box for the apartment. (Two different codes.) The apartment had everything I needed for making my own meals. Many TV channels in Polish, a nice little balcony and a comfortable bed. The first day, I could not connect to Internet, I had entered the username and password of course, but on the second day after having unplugged the router power cord and replugged it, the WiFi worked perfectly the rest of my stay. The area felt safe. There is a Carrefour grocery store nearby but I preferred the Carrefour Market at the mall located next to the central station which is much bigger. One day I walked around to all the museums I had planned to visit, approximately 20 minutes to the central train station, but I also used a 24 hours public transport card another day. It took 7 minutes only with tram (line number 7, 9, 22, 24 or 25!), from the tram station Dw. Centralny to Most Poniatowskiego.
If you do not use public transportation, it might feel a bit long to reach the center of Warzaw by walking. The closest museum is the National Museum (Muzeum Narodowe w Warszawie.

The apartments are very comfortable and cozy, ideal for one person. There's a special atmosphere in the little details (books, flowers — it feels like home), and everything you need is there. The location is very convenient.
In the kitchen, I missed either paper napkins or towels.
The only thing to mention is the staircase. It looks old and a bit scary, and on my first evening I even saw a rat. It was a little frightening to come back in the evening.

Wszystko na miejscu m.in. żelazko, ekspres z kapsułkami do kawy, nowa suszarka, a także fajna lokalizacja - pod nosem Carrefour otwarty 24/7 i blisko tramwaj. Wystrój mieszkania sprawia że czułem się jak w domu.
Zwróciłbym uwagę na ręczniki - które były czyste, ale nie pachniały świeżością zamknięte w komórce w mieszkaniu, w której nie ma wentylacji po prostu się kiszą. Zmieniłbym też pościel na jasną aby klient miał pewność że jest czysta. Trochę kurzu na lampie w salonie i pajęczyn na sufitach…
Niestety odwiedził mnie też karaluch w łazience, ale to stary blok i to nie wina właściciela. Widać że właściciel wkłada serce w każdy detal w mieszkaniu, aby lokator czuł się jak w domu.

Tenía una valoración muy alta y por eso lo elegimos. El edificio es bastante decrépito y el apartamento no estaba muy limpio ni era muy cómodo.
