Great location . Good instruction re key pick from convenience shop . Remember you need the key and swipe card from the box. You can enter the Quay West building just along from the shop,by the car park entrance and go up in the single lift on the right, one floor then get in the other lifts, rather than drag your bag up the street steps to the main entrance.lovely pool and spa and fantastic views of the harbour from this level. 8 minutes walk to Circular Quay ferries 15 minutes max to Opera House. Many restaurants close by and very good supermarket 8 minutes
Reasonably expensive, but very convenient and for our 5 night stay was worth it. I would definitely stay there again.

Very well located!
Everything was great. The only thing was that the smoke detector was beeping every two minutes (battery was low). I hope they take care of it before the next guest

Location was great, easy access to the Rocks, Circular Quay and CBD.
Amenities was a bit lacking.

Fantastic central location for getting around on foot and for using ferries, buses, trams and trains.
We caught the train from the Airport Train Station to Circular Quay Train Station and then it was easy walking distance to the hotel, although there is a bit of a hill at the end.
The key pick up is at a location at the rear of the hotel which we also found very easy.
It is a short walk to the Coles supermarket at Wynyard Station to pick up some groceries to make use of the kitchen facilities, which was especially good for our longer stay and not having to eat out every night.
All of our linen was clean and plentiful. We used the third bed which was a sofa bed and it came with a clean mattress protector on it. The bath did have some marks and scratches but it was clean. Overall we found the standard of cleanliness excellent!
There were some communication delays between booking.com and the property manager however this was quickly resolved by contacting them directly.
