I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the microcenter. Its near many places and easy to get around walking. However this hotel is only the very few with onsite parking, though is not free its very convinient if you rent a car. Breakfast is not free but you can buy sround the area as well. The hotel felt like an actual apartment and was kept in good condition. I would give Loi Flats a 9/10

Small details will make the whole experience better, i.e. having kleenex tissues and paper towels in the room.

Lovely friendly efficient and helpful hosts. The staff were lovely and really helpful from taxis to luggage. Breakfast was great too. Great location and close enough to walk to a lot of sights and restaurants.

The hotel is close to the mall and shopping area. There are lots of dining options around here. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The staffs does not speak English so it is somewhat difficult to communicate. We relied on Goggle Translate app to get help.
