Great location for visiting the city center: the tram stops right in front of the main entrance with different lines going/coming to/from the hotel de ville; restaurants, boulangeries and fromageries at walking distance. The apartment is as described, relatively clean considering usage is very visible. Bear in mind no shower gel or shampoo are provided (as per description). Isabelle, the lady who gave us the keys and I believe cleans the apartment, was very nice and provided plenty of suggestions of things to do and places for food. Wi-fi was working but kinda slow. Make sure you read the Important Information when booking, as in theory the property witholds 500 EUR deposit on your credit card.
1) Security Deposit: like the majority of the guests (and this was confirmed by the host himself when I asked him) we did not read carefully the "Important Information" when booking, because it clearly says that the property will hold a security deposit of 500 EUR from your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. Our deposit was not taken as stated on this website, but on the morning of the check in we were bombarded with messages asking to pay the deposit using a third party application where all of a sudden we were offered the choice of: either pay a Damage Waiver of 53.50 EUR (and this money would have not been reimboursed, meaning it was an extra "tax" for no reason) or give the Safety Deposit of 500 EUR. Considering the hosts know that people do not read the Important Info, we personally felt like this was a trick used on every single guest just to get 53.30 EUR on top of the money already paid for the apartment. But it is our opinion only. 2) the wall plugs next to our beds did not work; 3) the entrance corridor of the whole building smells really bad.

Very easy location to navigate our trip. The tram station is directly in front of the entry to the apartment.
There were some things on the "handyman to do list".

Everything! Location was super convenient since we wanted to be near the center but have a car. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and extremely well planned, every detail is prepared for - it even has a dryer! And the mgmt company and service has been exceptional. So many tourist apts are very unprofessionally run, but these guys have been top notch.
Just 1 toilet- it was advertised so it didnt come as a surprise, but that was the only structural fault of the apt.

Location and terrasse are a plus.
Not clean as expected. Equipment to cook in the bathroom also a bit dirty and old.
Bathrooms state degrading in comparison to pictures.
Very loud with the bar downstairs playing music until 2.30am at nights.
