David, the manager, made our stay extremely hospitable and went out of his way to ensure that something special we were hoping for could take place. The staff are all very courteous. The shuttle service is reasonably priced and everyone follows through on what they say they will do for you. The breakfast was top notch. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The location was great with wonderful views of the river and city. Will stay here again when returning to Laos!

Excellent staff, customer oriented
May I suggest to use more insect repellent in the rooms at 3rd floor. As during summer the croacroaches from outside are unpleasent if enter in the room. By the way rooms are super cleaned.

Beautiful view of the river and every friendly staff. Wide variety at the breakfast buffet.
Hmmm. Difficult…while the hotel provides a shuttle service to the night market, not convenient for the rest of the city. You either walk to use a taxi service. We used “Grab”.
