Gostei bastante da experiência. A casa é muito espaçosa, confortável e bonita, além de ser bem equipada, com diversos utensílios que facilitam o preparo das refeições. A vista do local também é incrível e certamente contribui para tornar a estadia mais agradável.

Relativamente aos aspetos menos positivos da estadia, considero importante mencionar alguns pontos que poderiam ser melhorados. Em primeiro lugar, o alojamento não disponibiliza toalhas de banho nem roupa de cama, sendo ambos os itens cobrados à parte. Tendo em conta a dimensão da casa e o facto de ser um alojamento destinado a grupos, considero que estes elementos deveriam estar incluídos no valor da estadia, uma vez que não é habitual os hóspedes viajarem com este tipo de artigos, sobretudo em deslocações mais longas. Além disso, à chegada, verificámos que algumas áreas não se encontravam nas melhores condições de limpeza, especialmente a varanda, onde a mesa estava bastante suja e o chão apresentava bastante pó. Compreendo que, durante o verão, possa existir uma maior acumulação de poeira, mas ainda assim esperava encontrar o alojamento devidamente preparado para receber os hóspedes. Por último, um dos aspetos que mais me surpreendeu foi a extensa lista de tarefas exigidas no momento do check-out. Entre as instruções, era solicitado que os espelhos, janelas, chão, casas de banho, varanda e restantes divisões ficassem impecavelmente limpos, que a loiça estivesse lavada, as camas arrumadas e até que o frigorífico fosse desligado. Adicionalmente, era indicado que o incumprimento destas tarefas poderia resultar na cobrança de um valor extra. Naturalmente, considero normal que os hóspedes deixem o alojamento em boas condições e com respeito pelo espaço. No entanto, exigir um nível de limpeza tão detalhado, sob pena de custos adicionais, parece-me excessivo, sobretudo tendo em conta o valor já pago pela estadia. Na minha opinião, existe uma diferença entre deixar a casa organizada e assumir responsabilidades que normalmente competem ao serviço de limpeza do alojamento. Apesar dos pontos positivos mencionados anteriormente, penso que estes aspetos merecem ser revistos, pois têm um impacto significativo na experiência global dos hóspedes.

Geweldige locatie (vlakbij boulangerie, supermarche en de ski-lift) en met adembenemend uitzicht over vallei en bergen. Keukenuitrustig is geweldig; wij verbleven met 9 volwassenen, en alles was ruim voldoende aanwezig. Bereikbaarheid en service van Alpvision uitstekend (levering haardhout en snelle reparatie vaatwasser). Handige groene klapper van eigenaar met zeer veel praktische informatie.

Matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe.

This is really a very nice apprtment. The pictures are corresponding with the actual situation. The view from the appartment is stunning including the nice balcony. There are 3 bathrooms and all rooms have seperate beds, which was our main reason to choose this apprtment. The kitchen is complete. The related organization is very easy to reach and react quickly. Our coffee machine was not working and this was fixed immediate. The ski's can be stored down in the house. The beds are oke, not perfect but certainly not bad. Its a quit place although nice located to the center and close to the ski lift. The backery is located just above the apprtment.

The only surprises where that we could park only one car (house is for 10 persons) and the walk to the ski lift is longer than expected because you have to climb. So we decided to store the ski's at the ski lft, then walking is no problem.
