The location was perfect, very central, close to the tube for what we had planned in London.
There was anything we didn’t like.

Excellent hotel. I have stayed in many Motel One in Germany, Poland and Belgium. always with a good experience. I love the decoration, the bar, and the clean and modern rooms and bathroom. Helpful staff. 24 hours reception. Good security.
The location in Tower Hill is perfect, close to 2 tube stations and plenty of bus stops. I recommend that tourists take a day trip to Richmond from Tower hill station to Richmond station and from there take bus 371 to Richmond park gates (or bus 65). When the weather is ok you can walk from along the thames in Richomnd too. And from the hotel I recommend walk all the way from the Tower of London to Westmister, or you a direct one-way or round-trip Thames River cruise between the Tower Hill/Tower Bridge area (Butler's Wharf Pier / Tower Pier) and Westminster Pier in either direction.

The comfy bed and cocktail bar.
We had a serious problem with the plumbing in our room. On our last morning we were woken up by bubbling effluent coming up the shower drain hole. It was quite smelly.
We reported this to reception.
